The Nook — Year-Round Book & DVD Sales

Located on the left immediately before entering the Library.

• Gently used books and DVDs available 365 days a year
• Adult books — suggested $2 donation
• Children's items — suggested $1 or $0.50 donation
• DVDs — suggested $0.25 donation

Payment options

• Cash: drop in the small metal box near the Nook display cabinet, or at the Library Information Desk
• Credit card: accepted at the Library Information Desk

Semi-Annual Big Book Sale & More

Held twice a year (winter & summer). About 10,000 items — books, DVDs, games, and puzzles.

Summer 2025 dates & hours

• Wednesday, August 5 — Preview sale, 5:30–7:30 pm ($10 admission, ages 13 and older)
• Thursday, August 6 — 10 am–6 pm
• Friday & Saturday, August 7–8 — 10 am–4 pm
• Teacher special — Saturday 8/8, 12–4 pm: $1 tote bag. Note: selections made prior to noon Saturday are not eligible.
